Return or refunds policy
SERVICES:
We do not refund consultation bookings but are happy to reschedule the time if you are not able to make the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness).
We are happy for you to transfer your consultation to another person if necessary.
PRODUCTS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Receipts must be presented.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Insure the return package to the full value with “tracking”.
Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
Custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
